The system's base price includes one full year of maintenance and Standard support, plus a wear parts package sufficient for one year of operation, delivered with the system.
The equipment warranty lasts for 12 months starting from the completion of the Site Acceptance Test (SAT). Warranty extension is also possible upon request.
Business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time, excluding public holidays. Premium support customers have access to a 24/7 hotline.
We offer tailored support plans based on each customer's operational needs. Customers can choose between Standard and Premium support tiers, including options such as extended warranty, on-site support, and next-day intervention. For more information, please contact your account manager.
